I’m 30+ and I’ve been rping since I was 11, so I’ve been around the block a time or two and I’m real low-drama. I work full-time, so I can be low to moderate activity, but I’m always around to chat - discord upon request.

.02・I don't follow for follow and I'm mutuals only. If I follow you, it means I've read your rules and most if not all of your info on your blog (sometimes I skim if I'm low concentration that day), and it means that I'm interested in writing with you. This is permission to hit me up with asks or send me an IM! I like to keep a clean dash, so I will unfollow sometimes if there's excess OOC chatter being posted, if we haven't interacted after a long period and/or if I come to the conclusion that perhaps our writing wouldn't mesh.

.03・I generally have a starter call floating around or the occasional open, but I send ask memes often, as well. If I haven't sent any yet, then hitting my meme tag is honestly the best way to get my attention and get something started with me! I try to make it a point to post them consistently into my queue, and I always turn asks into threads unless you request otherwise or we do a lot of them, in which case I'll just pick a few of them instead of all. You're welcome, of course, to do the same with any I send! I'm old school and do asks as fresh posts, and I'll generally reblog yours if you answer the ask directly, then link to it in my reply.

.04・I never really practiced mains and exclusives officially before, but let's be real, we all have our favorites. For me, mains come about as people I talk to and plot with ooc, so I generally won't click mains/exclusives calls or anything even if I am interested in getting there with you and your character. Following my blog means you'll see a lot of those people, but unless stated otherwise, seeing me writing with or plotting with another version of your character doesn't mean I won't write/plot with yours, so hit me up! Different interactions for different versions!

.05・ I sometimes use a queue to keep myself organized and give some breathing room for getting drafts done. When I do, I tend to do an ask per day on it, generally M-F and CST. It's more of a guideline than a strict rule and I post outside of it as well. See the queue here.

.06・Plotting is great! Not everyone is into it, and I certainly won't force it on anyone, but my IMs and discord are available for plotting if that's what you're into. In the same token, I'll gladly talk about my characters if you'd like more information about them and how I play them, or if you wanna talk about yours! If you're a multi, I still request that you come to me with a few characters you're interested in, if not a full idea. I don't mind talking things through, but when you narrow down a list to a few muses you're most excited for, it really helps me get a feel for what kind of story you're looking for and where to go with ideas.

.07・I don't mind if you format or don't, but I only use basic aesthetic formatting myself - small text, icons and a little separator bar in most posts, and I have some banners for asks and the like. If you format to the point that your responses are difficult for me to read, that's another story, but I'm usually not too concerned with it.

.08・I ship chemistry, which generally means that I need time playing back and forth to build up some rapport before getting involved in a ship, so I'd prefer it if you didn't try to dive right into something before I'm ready. I like shipping, I love all kinds of relationships (platonic included) and I'll talk out pre-existing relationships so that we don't have to start from scratch on friendships, but it throws me off if our interactions IC go straight to dating when we barely know each other. OOC talking is almost always a requirement for shipping, and I also use wire for quick conversational development. Should our threads get to smutty territory, which happens with some partners I'm comfortable with, I'll post the reply under a read more with the tag "spicy cw".

.09・I personally don't have much in the way of triggers outside of the obvious content most of us don't want to see - racism, incest, pedophilia, homophobia, transphobia, animal abuse and probably others I'm forgetting but would certainly notice on sight. I don't ask people to tag that kind of stuff, I just unfollow, so probably best not to bother here if you're into that. I don't generally post much in the way of triggering content, but let me know if you see something and I'll tag things as: tw trigger . I don't tag blood or violence as a trigger if it's minor/genre-appropriate.

He was trained and designed to be a top weapon - deadly, unfeeling and efficient, and despite the return of memories and personality, he still falls into that training and can use it to great effect.LANGUAGES. 30+, including English, Russian, Romanian, French, Xhosa and German.ABILITIES. Bucky was experimented on by Arnim Zola while he was a POW in an Austria weapons facility run by Hydra, which started the process that saved his life when he fell from the train in the Alps. _{MENTAL. After essentially 70 years as a brainwashed POW turned weapon, it's no surprise that Bucky has a full, unabridged collection of issues. PTSD symptoms strike seemingly at random and sometimes in ways that make it seem to others like it's not that at all, namely when he decides to do something stupid or reckless because he's already damaged so what's one more stunt? He's also very inclined towards going emotionally numb when everything starts feeling like too much, but that only works if he feels it coming on in time. If he doesn't catch it, it's easy for the world around him to start being too fucking loud, with a nice unhealthy dose of anxiety and general irritation at literally everything. He'll get snappish and keep everyone at a distance, which is when his trust issues are at their worst and he needs space, whether it's possible or not.Even under normal, everyday conditions when he's feeling alright, he tends toward being very aware of exits, keeping his back towards walls or someone he feels he can trust in that moment (which essentially means Steve), and being mindful of sudden sounds and movements. He may not be obvious about it and can put off a feeling of casual ease when he's in a decent headspace, but he always keeps that level of his guard up. He's prone to nightmares, and he isn't always aware in the moments after waking of exactly where he is or what he's supposed to be, and he's had moments even during waking hours where he has to stop and put himself back together because he's found a rabbithole in his brain and gotten lost in something nasty. It's difficult in those moments to keep it straight in his head who and where he is, much like the return to the waking world after the nightmares. For obvious reasons, sleeping is a difficult process, and he therefore doesn't do enough of it. He learned long ago to operate on very little sleep, but it does not help his state of mind in the slightest, which just becomes more of a vicious cycle of mental issues, not sleeping, then more issues and less sleep.PHYSICAL. For all of his internal problems, Bucky is physically in pretty damn good shape. His left arm is gone at the shoulder where Hydra amputated it further than the point he'd lost his arm at in the fall from the train, and it was replaced with a cybernetic prosthetic that is both strong and heavy. Under Hydra's control, there was very little attempt on his part to preserve his own well-being, but he's since taken a much healthier outlook on that, and actively seeks to land jumps with shock absorption in mind, spare himself whatever damage he can and to eat well enough to function to the best of his ability. It's just the sleep he still struggles with, but that's not a physical malfunction, so he just tries.FEARS. Heights, losing control of himself and his mind again. Also not a fan of electricity, though not terrified.EYESIGHT. As a skilled sniper, his eyesight is very good, thank you.DRUG USE. It would take very strong drugs to knock him out, and he doesn't use anything recreationally.ALCOHOL USE. For the same reason that drugs, recreational or prescription, don't work, alcohol just gets burned up by his metabolism far too quickly to have any effect.DIET. For his activity level, musculature and metabolism, he has a healthy appetite, and he does what he can to feed that whenever he has the means. He's not a picky eater, and actually likes modern food far more than what he'd been used to before the war.}
